As a partner with Broward Health, you certainly share our commitment to providing world-class care to all of our patients. In honor of this common goal, we’re pleased to invite you to participate in the 19th Annual Broward Health Foundation Golf Tournament to benefit the Broward Health Chris Evert Children’s Hospital.
This year’s tournament will once again be held Friday, November 19, 2010, at the exclusive Weston Hills Country Club in Weston, Florida. This tournament has a reputation of providing a renowned standard of excellence to all of its participants, and we promise to extend that same excellence to you again this year.
The experience begins as you pull up to the complimentary valet, where you will be welcomed by volunteers who will whisk your car away to be washed and detailed, complements of the tournament. After a quick registration, you can go to the incredible breakfast buffet, where, in addition to the incredible display of foods, a professional chef will be preparing your omelet to order. Of course, the famous complementary Bloody Marys and Mimosas will be available as well. Once on the course, you will enjoy free beverages – beer, sodas, cocktails and water, as well as special surprises along the way, including an on-course tasting from Morton’s Steakhouse.
In addition to the main game, there will also be exciting on course contests to further challenge players. Upon conclusion of the golf round, we invite you to the ballroom at Weston Hills Country Club for a reception and an unbelievable lunch buffet, followed by the much anticipated awards, raffle and live auction.
The most covented “goody” bag, well known in the South Florida tournament, will once again be over the top.
Amidst these luxurious accommodations, it’s important to remember the important work this tournament achieves. Over the past 18 years, this coveted golf tournament has raised more than $1.1 million for pediatric services at Broward Health. We’re proud to partner with such powerful sponsors and donors, who last year exceeded all expectation with a tournament total of $130,000. With your support, we know this year’s tournament will raise even more money to benefit our most cherished patients – the community’s children. Please join us for this fun and memorable event.
