The Africk Family Foundation Spin-a-Thon is a high-energy event where teams of up to four riders compete on individual spin bikes. This year’s event will be held on Sunday, April 23, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, 321 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd., Fort Lauderdale.

This spirited and fun-filled morning raises funds to support the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Broward Health Medical Center. Enjoy the live DJ, vendors, food, and beverages throughout the event. Awards are given for the highest power output, most miles, best costumes (theme), and team spirit. Mark your calendars and plan on joining in on the fun!

Registration: 8:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.

Spin-a-Thon Event: 9:00 am–12 pm

Proceeds provide supervised cardiac programs of exercise, education, counseling, and training to assist patients with heart disease achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
